Delivery Information

For all orders received by 2.00pm we endeavour to dispatch the same day subject to availability and cleared payment. Orders received after 2.00pm will be dispatched the following day.

Courier Service: Our normal method of carriage is by courier (Express delivery) and we aim to provide a next working day delivery service to UK mainland addresses*. However, occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our and the couriers control we may not meet our objective. Therefore please allow sufficient time for delivery. If you have not received your goods within 3 working days of placing your order (UK) please advise us.

* Normal delivery times to Scottish Highlands and islands and other UK offshore destinations are 48 hours.

Post: For very small orders we usually use Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery (UK). If an order weighs more than 1Kg it is far more cost effective to use a courier service. We will however advise cost of postage if required but would point out that goods sent by post are not insured for loss or damage and you should allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Overseas Delivery: Our automated online shop will calculate the cost of delivery to all European countries (EU and Non-EU), as well as a number of other popular destinations outside Europe (U.S.A., Australia, South Africa, etc). For customers who's country is NOT listed, please choose the "Rest of the World" option when requesting your delivery quote.

Orders up to 25kgs volumetric weight are normally shipped by DHL or DPD. Larger orders are shipped by air or sea freight.

Please note: The automated delivery price is pretty good at calculating the shipping cost (especially for EU countries and orders up to 25kgs in weight) but it is not perfect. If you have a larger order in mind, please do not hesitate to contact us for an individual competitive shipping quote. There are many options available, both sea and air-freight, depending upon how quickly you require delivery.
